When creating Bryony & Birch, I dreamt of a home for our yoga, fitness and wellness classes. I am so excited to now have that home located in beautiful Exeter NH. When I am not behind the chair styling hair in our Hair loft in Amesbury MA, you will find me In Bryony Body helping run the studio and getting to know the members of this wonderful community.
Rob Pruyne

Rob’s yoga journey began in his youth, when he first encountered yoga and meditation as a way to improve his mental focus as a wrestler and football player. But it wasn’t until much later, that yoga truly found its way into his heart and life.
Allison Parks Dugas
Instructor
Allison Parks Dugas began practicing Classical, vinyasa and Ashtanga style yoga in 1999 and viewed her practice as a “meditation in motion”. She was drawn to the benefits of physical practice, connecting the mind and body through the breath, becoming more present, gaining strength and flexibility and reducing stress.
Becky Kollmorgen

Becky Kollmorgen is a licensed physical therapist with 25 years of experience in the rehabilitation and wellness industry. As an ACSM certified group exercise instructor and YA-certified 500 hour RYT, she teaches a variety of classes through the Seacoast.
Brittany Fraser
Instructor
When not working in HR, Brittany finds joy being active and moving her body. Brittany grew up in NBPT and fell in love with dance the moment she took her first class. After years of training in ballet, she enrolled at North Carolina School of the Arts to focus on a career in dance.
Caitlin Marcoux
Instructor
Caitlin is a North Shore–based yoga teacher, clinical massage therapist, and strength and conditioning coach devoted to movement as medicine. With a background in dance and choreography, her classes blend intelligent vinyasa sequencing with fluidity, rhythm, and heart—where strength meets grace.
Christi LeClair
Instructor
Christi found yoga after a back injury sidelined her half-marathon training nearly 10 years ago. Her classes blend mindful movement with breathwork, offering students tools to connect with their inner strength both on and off the mat. She holds 200 HR RYT certification with Yoga Alliance and is a Reiki 2 practitioner.
Emma Adele

Emma Adele is a yoga guide, somatic embodiment practitioner, massage therapist, and movement artist devoted to helping people feel safe, grounded, and at home in their bodies. Emma’s teaching style is warm, relational, and attuned, creating spaces where students feel seen, supported, and capable of more than they’ve imagined.
Gail Picillo

Gail Picillo began her yoga practice about 20 years ago when she recognized her body needed love while being a rigorous athlete as a semi-pro beach volleyball player. What she discovered was that the practice of yoga not only helped heal her body, but also guided her back to a positive emotional and spiritual well-being.
Jennifer Freeman
Instructor
Jennifer Freeman has been teaching yoga around the Amesbury area since she moved to town in 2010. She feels strongly that yoga should be accessible to all people.
Jessica Gutstein
Instructor
Jessica Gutstein has been practicing yoga since 2002 and began teaching Vinyasa Yoga in the Boston area in 2007 after completing her 200 hour yoga teacher certification.

Kelly Steere
Instructor
Kelly enjoys teaching a hybrid yoga class that combines mindful movement with deliberate holds, allowing students to connect their breath with mindfulness and movement.
Maggie Mifsud
Instructor
Maggie found her yoga practice in 2015 in Dover, New Hampshire at the since retired ashtanga yoga studio Green Lotus. Matching breath with movement is one of the most important things to her in her practice. She is extremely excited to be joining all of you at Bryony Body!
Sami Surgent
Instructor
Sami is a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certified instructor who first came to yoga not knowing what to expect but found a connection and presence within herself that she hadn’t experienced before. She believes yoga is a powerful way to pause and come back to what matters-yourself.
Tasha Nathan
Instructor
In every class, Tasha strives to create a safe, supportive space where students can build strength, deepen self-awareness, and find grounding that extends to life off the mat. It is her greatest joy to guide you through movement on your mat so you can move through and within your life to your fullest ability.
Troy Farkas
Instructor
Troy embraces the extraordinary capabilities of our bodies, but stops at pushing past the body’s limitations. A newly-diagnosed Type 1 diabetic, he believes in listening to the body and respecting its wishes.
When he’s not practicing yoga or podcasting, you’ll find Troy around Seacoast coffee shops, on walks with friends, or reading biographies of famous world leaders.
