Allison Parks Dugas
Instructor
Allison Parks Dugas began practicing Classical, vinyasa and Ashtanga style yoga in 1999 and viewed her practice as a “meditation in motion”. She was drawn to the benefits of physical practice, connecting the mind and body through the breath, becoming more present, gaining strength and flexibility and reducing stress.
Jennifer Freeman

Jennifer Freeman has been teaching yoga around the Amesbury area since she moved to town in 2010. She feels strongly that yoga should be accessible to all people.
Gail Picillo
Instructor
Gail Picillo began her yoga practice about 20 years ago when she recognized her body needed love while being a rigorous athlete as a semi-pro beach volleyball player. What she discovered was that the practice of yoga not only helped heal her body, but also guided her back to a positive emotional and spiritual well-being.

Caroline Robitaille
Instructor
Caroline found yoga during her first year of college as a way to relax at the end of a long day. The more she practiced on her mat, the more she was drawn towards yoga, deepening her practice and learning how to incorporate yoga into her life on and off of the mat.
Kristina Lafiosca
Instructor
Fascinated by the unique combination of mindfulness and movement, I am drawn to the opportunity yoga creates to access presence & self-knowledge, and build a strong mind and body through disciplined practice.
Brittany Bullock

In 2023, Brittney enrolled in the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Bending Bodhi School of Yoga, and has experienced so much growth in her yoga practice and day to day life. Brittney believes that yoga is all about connection. Connection with the body, the mind, and the world around you. Yoga is not just what happens on your mat.
Carolyn O’Connor
Instructor
Carolyn is a second grade teacher by day and lover of yoga any time in between! In fact, yoga is often sneaking into her classroom as a movement break throughout the day. Her love for yoga began in 2012 after a back surgery that left her in a lot of pain and with limited mobility.
