Katie Cavic

When I am not behind the chair styling hair in our Hair loft in Amesbury MA, you will find me In Bryony Body helping run the studio and getting to know the members of this wonderful community.
Rob Pruyne

Allison Parks Dugas began practicing Classical, vinyasa and Ashtanga style yoga in 1999 and viewed her practice as a “meditation in motion”. She was drawn to the benefits of physical practice, connecting the mind and body through the breath, becoming more present, gaining strength and flexibility and reducing stress.

Caroline Robitaille
Instructor
Caroline found yoga during her first year of college as a way to relax at the end of a long day. The more she practiced on her mat, the more she was drawn towards yoga, deepening her practice and learning how to incorporate yoga into her life on and off of the mat.
Kelly Steere
Instructor
Kelly enjoys teaching a hybrid yoga class that combines mindful movement with deliberate holds, allowing students to connect their breath with mindfulness and movement.
Carolyn O’Connor
Instructor
Carolyn is a second grade teacher by day and lover of yoga any time in between! In fact, yoga is often sneaking into her classroom as a movement break throughout the day. Her love for yoga began in 2012 after a back surgery that left her in a lot of pain and with limited mobility.
