Jessalynn Hudgins is an avid yoga practitioner, teacher, and student who began her practice in 2007 after leaving college and entering the corporate world. She found yoga to be doubly beneficial in that it was a great way to stay fit and counter the stresses that came along with a demanding work schedule. Over the years, her love of leading a healthy lifestyle grew into more of a burning passion, so she quit her corporate job and went to Bali where she received her 200-hr yoga teaching certification and has since started her own workplace wellness company. Jessalynn is well equipped to lead everybody from beginner to advanced, through a series of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga flows that are fun, challenging, and adaptable to suit all levels. She is committed to providing an enriching mind-body experience while focusing on breath, alignment, and posture. She also enjoys leading guided meditations, as breath, mindfulness, and body awareness are the necessary foundations to yoga and all of its asanas. Off the mat, she loves cooking, gardening, reading, and running her corporate wellness company, Whole Health Wellness.
