Wilhelmina Bradley has certification in Hatha Yoga, and has been a yoga instructor for 13 years. In addition, she has over 200 hours of study in Anusara instruction. Her teaching focuses on proper alignment, and each varied asana class incorporates a unique theme. These classes lead to students being able to challenge themselves safely with inverted poses, standing poses, balance poses and back bends, along with strengthening of the core. Modifications are included for beginning to experienced students.
