Simply put, I love yoga.
Fascinated by the unique combination of mindfulness and movement, I am drawn to the opportunity yoga creates to access presence & self-knowledge, and build a strong mind and body through disciplined practice.
Yoga is brilliantly sustainable. It is a true science and offers something for everybody, making merely existing more enjoyable.
I have been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years and teaching for over 10. I continue to be amazed by the energy and profound clarity I find every single time I stop on my mat. Yoga is my favorite way to move, and my favorite practice to share.
